Your Boudoir Experience
From Session start to finish, our Team will be with you every step of the way: every Client receives personalized care, and you're never alone, Queen!
We will have several opportunities to chat on the phone to go over any questions or concerns about your upcoming Experience with us: if our Clients don’t feel completely prepared for their Experience then we didn’t do our job…and we just don’t do that around here!
Wardrobe
After Hair and Makeup, we will select your outfit(s) from our extensive Client Closet. There are hundreds (400+) of items available for you to browse in sizes XS - 5X.
We will pre-select the best pieces for you and give feedback on what is going to photograph best, but we always let our Clients make the final decisions about what they feel the most confident in to use for their Session!
Image Delivery & Ordering
After a quick break, we host your Private Image Reveal Appointment to review your images and select which ones you will keep.
Yes, this happens the same day as your photo shoot! We will help design all of your gorgeous products, and note any other customizations you desire at your Reveal!
Styling
On the day of your Experience, you will be greeted by a Team Member who will help get you settled into the studio space.
If you selected the hair & Makeup upgrade, our resident Hair and Makeup stylist will apply your look: if you decided to do your own, we’ll move straight into Wardrobe!
Your Session
Next up: the Session! Don't worry: we know that most of our Clients aren't pro models, so we pose you from Head to Toe!
Not all the poses are easy, but we promise they are Worth It, and our coaching process is the best, which is why we say just trust us and Go With It!
Product Delivery
When it comes to Digital Files, we have the fastest turnaround in the state and honestly most of the country: 3-5 business days-guaranteed! It's unusual in our industry, and we're very proud of it!
Please allow 6-8 weeks for fulfillment of all Printed products.
(Orders are fulfilled in person for quality control; drop shipping is available for an additional fee)
Terms & Conditions
Session Fee
Your session fee ($99) must be paid in advance to secure your booking. This fee is non-refundable. No session date is attached to your Voucher: we will go over available dates on the phone!
These promotional sessions are happening on Sunday December 10th and Sunday December 17th, 2023. Session start times will be offered between 9am - 3:30pm and time slots will be first-come, first-served.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We are NOT accepting reschedules on these dates for any reason. If there is an emergency and you need to reschedule, we will allow you to apply what you've already paid toward a full price session ($500 Session Fee; $2,000 Minimum Purchase). Vouchers may not be gifted or transferred and must be redeemed by the original purchaser.
Availability
All Christmas $99 Sessions MUST take place on December 10th or 17th 2023 ONLY. Please plan accordingly.
Session Types
$99 Sessions are for our Winter Wonderland Tree set, Lights Set, Sweater set, or Sheets set only. Not valid on any other set. Not valid for couples sessions. These Sessions will be delivered "marathon-style", meaning there may be other clients in the studio at the same time as you.
Pre-Session Payment Plans
Pre-Session Payment Plans are mandatory, and will be set up on your phone consultation to select your session date. Please review the Pricing Guide and, if at all possible, decide on your Experience or a la carte selections in advance of this call. If no Experience is selected, we will set you up on either our minimum purchase of $799 or our smallest collection of $1,800 with your permission.
All Prints & Products Sold Separately
A La Carte minimum: $799. Experiences minimum: $1,800. Full pricing details will be sent to the email address that you provided upon submission of this form.
($799 minimum purchase will pay in full for your choice of 5 4"x6" Loose Prints or 5 High-Resolution Digital Files.
Albums start at $1,600, and our Experience Packages start at $1,800.)
Voucher Redemption Policy
Failure to complete the booking call or set up your pre-session payment plan will result in forfeiture of the $99 Session Fee. You have until 12/03/23 to redeem your Voucher or else it expires and you forfeit your $99 payment. No refunds, transfers, or credit will be issued.
